Conference cancellations received by May 31st, 2020 are eligible for a 100% refund of the conference fee. Cancellations made between June 1st and July 31st, 2020 are eligible for a 50% refund. Regrettably, no refunds will be given to cancellations received after July 31st, 2020. Hotel cancellation penalties may apply but will be handled separately by the hotel.
