Leaders across all sectors are facing rising burnout, workforce strain, and greater expectations for both employee wellbeing and community impact. Mental health education is a powerful tool for building a shared language that helps people recognize distress, respond with empathy, and reduce stigma. Drawing on real-world examples, this interactive workshop explores how skill-building can move organizations from reactive support to proactive care, equipping individuals to notice distress and connect others to support. Attendees will leave with practical insights to normalize conversations about mental health, strengthen peer-to-peer support, and embed wellbeing into everyday practices — not as a program, but as a cultural value — creating positive ripple effects that extend well beyond the workplace.
